By using Serene Tracker at serenetracker.com (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Not financial advice

Serene Tracker is for information and entertainment only. Nothing in the app — including prices, charts, technical indicators, AI-generated analysis, news summaries and the daily email — is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Always do your own research and consider consulting a licensed financial adviser before making an investment decision.

Accuracy of data

Market data comes from third-party providers (CoinGecko, CoinPaprika, Kraken and Twelve Data) and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. AI-generated content is produced by a language model and can contain errors or fabrications even when it cites sources. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of anything the app displays, and you rely on it at your own risk.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in provider secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You may delete your account at any time from the app footer.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or security controls.
Access the service by automated means except as permitted by us.
Use the app for any unlawful purpose, or to generate unlawful or abusive content.
Attempt to gain access to accounts or data that are not yours.

Availability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no guarantee of uptime. Features may change or be withdrawn at any time, and we may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or from reliance on any information it provides.

Intellectual property

The app, its design and its source code are owned by the operator of Serene Tracker. Market data and AI-generated content remain subject to the terms of their respective providers.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised terms.
